Dear Business Professional, We live in a complex period in time where clashes of culture, beliefs, capital, ideas, politics and commerce take place everyday. Where, every day people are bombarded with thousands of irrelevant messages and choices and outcomes that no longer surprise or even disappoint. But in amongst this seemingly destructive environment, creation, value, understanding and caring are nurtured and unleashed, carried by people like a virus in messages and actions that bring hope and achievement. Does this happen in your business and to your customers? With technology and conduits like the internet and mobile phones people are able to exchange much quicker and faster than ever before. Lives are saved as a result, joy is shared and deals made. Yet we treat technology like an evil, thrust upon us in a monotonous and unproductive way. Have we forgotten that technology is a necessity and we must define its usefulness and purpose, lest it define us? So what strategy does your business have that defines its effectiveness? These are questions that during my career I have asked and sought the answers to. Selling, marketing, technology and leadership are simply about people. With marketing we allow people to engage with us and with sales we enable them to make a decision. Technology is a platform on which people and key audiences exchange while leadership encapsulates this exchange defines delivery, content, direction, level and mood. The business world is being redefined as globalisation brings with it cheaper resources and the internet an every expanding library of knowledge and information. Creativity and new ideas are the currency of tomorrow’s economy as it was during the industrial revolution before it. As a believer in this change I am envisioning working with businesses that recognise this challenge and who seek to deliver value not just from their service or product but directly through their sales and marketing channels. Motivation, ability, enthusiasm and a vision of the way that businesses can fulfil itself; this is the heart of what I have to offer. My thanks go to you, the reader, for your consideration and time. Please feel free to watch the video below, download the brief guide or study my resume at your convenience. Sincerely yours, Nic Windley.
